Gird your loins, Gennifertias, ‘cause this week we’re celebrating the icon who has single-handedly kept print media alive. Our Miss Thing is an unshakeable bob queen, the arbiter of fashion, the Met Hostess with the Mostest, and quite literally who you think of when you think Editor-in-Chief — Anna Wintour!!! In this ep, Greg divulges the first chapter of his upcoming memoir ‘Scary Stories From A Gay Guy Who Used To Work In Fashion’ while Tim looks back on the time he did a press tour for his web series and his heartfelt discourse on gay love got reduced to sexual positions. They also talk The Mystery Spot, how nothing is better than checking things off your to-do list, LeAnn Rimes’ teeth falling out, Beyoncé’s car falling out of the sky, tour guides being the front lines, and George Lucas pulling an Emilia Perez. They then ask life-changing questions like, “Is San Francisco more gay, or more Patagonia?”, “Is Hay Fever homophobic?”, “Why is every girl from a 2000s rom-com named ‘Andi’?” and “Who and what is Jelly Roll?” They also turn the tables around on heterosexuals and play the new sensation that’s sweeping the nation, “Straight People: Top or Bottom.” So Inertias, put on your biggest sunglasses, grab your copy of The September Issue and prepare for an episode that will make you NOT want to throw yourself in front of a train. Oh, and remember just because you’re gay does not mean you have style. And for the love of G*d, less optimization in 2025! BONK!!
