Had my beach volleyball tournament this past weekend and was really reminded me how extraordinary teamwork can be.

When you lean on a teammate and trust them, and they show up for you… it is truly an incredible thing.

Could you do the thing alone? Could you struggle through and make it work? Sure, you could. But once you find people you trust, and who can do that thing—whatever it is—better or more efficiently than you, you’ll never go back.
