The last time Kathryn Bruni-Young was on the podcast, her business looked completely different. What was once a non-traditional yoga studio is now called “Mindful Strength” and business is better than ever. Kathryn didn’t know what would happen if she changed how her business looked, but she knew she had to. 

There’s a lot of fear when you’re known for one specific thing and you want to change that. I want Kathryn to show you it’s okay to lean into something new, that your business will survive. In fact, when you do lean into that new thing, something amazing happens: you start attracting the right kinds of people—the people who are really interested in what you love doing. 

It’s okay to worry about changing, but feel the fear and do it anyway. Everything you want is waiting for you on the other side.
