Had some run-ins with a few business this week and it really proved to me one thing: these hoes ain’t loyal! Maybe these bigger businesses don’t care as much about their customers, but I think there’s immense value in prioritizing and optimizing for your current customers than ones you don’t even have yet. Take it from me, be loyal to your people!
