It’s been a while since I’ve had Meghann Koppele Duffy on the podcast, but sometimes you just need to geek out for a little bit with a dope-ass human. Meg is the co-founder of The Neuro Studio, which offers online coaching for people who live with neurological diseases and injuries, as well as virtual education programs for the fitness professionals, physical therapists, and movement specialist that work with these patients.

But here’s the thing: everyone is a neuro patient. Everyone stands to benefit from what Meg is doing at the Neuro Studio, not just patients with neurological conditions.
