I speak a lot about ensuring demand before you create something, but there’s a step you should be taking in between creating something and selling it. You’ve got to test it. What works in your head may not be landing to an audience without the context you have, or maybe you just need to fine tune the way you’re teaching. Either way, testing your offer before you finalize it can help you get some feedback and clarity, AND prove to yourself that you really do know your shit.
