You’ve probably heard about the west coast burger chain, In-N-Out’s, secret menu. They have a limited list of things you can order on their regular menu, but there’s a whole host of of off-menu additions you can make if you’re in the know. Make your business like In-N-Out. You don’t need to be promoting every single little offer you could possibly provide, and having “off-menu offers” is especially helpful for testing new ideas. This way you get to follow momentum and actually do something, without overcommitting or falling into shiny object syndrome.
