After a few weeks of traveling, Allison and Ceara are both back home this week. Allison is moving out of her apartment after 4 years so she shares her thoughts about change, grieving and next steps. Ceara just wrapped up a 10 Day Visit California shoot so she’s at home getting rest and seeing friends. 

The advice we give in this episode surrounds confronting someone, boundaries with your loved one’s partners, protecting your peace, making friends in a new city, adjusting to change and a reminder to find a third place.
