I believe it’s super important to choose a word of the year as it can become your anchor, your guiding light, or source of inspiration. Sometimes, it’s even a bit of intention. This word has to have an energy around it that feels really good for you.

 I have this word visible in my home so I’m constantly reminded - 365 days - of its significance and the feeling that word evokes.

In this episode, I’m also going to share how I ended up having this particular word this year and an intuitive hack I used whenever I’m stuck with something.
