Abby has been in the social media industry for over 5 years. She is a powerhouse - a well-known content creator, a business owner, speaker, and mum of 3.
She also has a background in meditation teaching and healing development. 2021 has seen Abby launch her own brand of affirmation cards, “Shine by Abby Gilmore.”
Both Abby and I are mothers, we are business owners, we are quite strong and confident women but we have also suffered with our own mental health issues and illnesses in the past.
In this episode, Abby shares her very real and human experience on how she has able to work through her own struggles with mental health. Also, how she’s helping her children to have a great positive mental health themselves.
