Janis is a mumma of 4 and the owner of NQ Eco Babies, and the host of The Summer Mumma Podcast. As a passionate swim advocate for kids, she loves helping mums and their babies have a positive relationship with water through awareness and the importance of water safety.
In this episode, Janis shares the positive ripple effects of working on herself has had on other aspects of her life such as her relationship with her children, her patience at night and her marriage with her husband.
Ladies, we need to be creating our businesses in a way that we have more life, we have better quality relationships, and we have the capacity to serve in a bigger way because we are looking after ourselves at the same time.
