13 core fears that hold mums in business back 

In this episode, you’ll hear fears 1 to 7 and their accompanying affirmations:

1. Fear of who’s watching
   Affirmation: “I choose to focus on serving and making an impact. I align all of my thoughts, words and actions with these people only.”
2. Fear of being rejected
   Affirmation: “I build rapport and connection easily with my ideal customers.”
3. Fear of being inauthentic
   Affirmation: “I do everything with integrity and each day, I am learning to live a fully expressed life. ”
4. Fear of taking up space
   Affirmation: “The brighter I shine, the more I inspire others to shine too.”
5. Fear of being seen as a fraud
   Affirmation: “It is my responsibility to use my talents, my time and my wealth to serve to the best of my ability.”
6. Fear of being sales-y
   Affirmation: “Selling is just connecting with people and I am here to serve those who value and need what I have created.”
7. Fear of saying and doing the wrong thing
   Affirmation: “I do what’s right for me and for the people I love.”

Despite these fears, you should rise, move forward and live that fulfilled life, your passion and your purpose through your business. 

It’s my hope that with this episode, more of us mums in business will give more awareness on our thoughts. 

So that we can dismantle and replace the negative thoughts with ones that are good, powerful, create impact and have lasting effect to our lives and the lives of others.
