Over-extending myself and neglecting self-care.

I hope that in sharing these allow you to take a reflective look at what you're doing, the habits you have, who you are being in your own business and thinking, “Do those things really serve me and what needs to change?”

It's hard to put up a mirror to the parts of ourselves that seem less than perfect or the hard parts, but it's really important because that's an opportunity for us to course correct and plug back into our values and what's most important.
