In early April I posted an Instagram reel titled, "how to lose a size by Memorial Day" and it seemed to get a lot of buzz.
So I thought I would use this opportunity to go deeper into each of the eight things I recommended and why. You know, social media is all about short form videos to grab your attention, but I much prefer long form social media like this podcast so I can fully explain the how AND the why!
I am hosting an informational session on my FASTer Way to Fat Loss coaching program LIVE via Zoom on April 25 at 7pm CT/8pm ET and I would love to save you a spot!
