Today, I share my experience with the One Meal A Day Diet. I did so I could give you the best information on who this diet is for, who it is NOT for, so you can make an educated decision about your food choices. I’ll give you the potential upside and downside of eating one meal a day. Remember, if you can’t do it for a decade, there’s no point in doing it for a day. I’m being your guinea pig so you don’t have to go through something that isn’t right for you. Because my education is in exercise science and I have clinical experience with hormonal and metabolic disorders, I’m the perfect person to distill this experience for you!
