When a couple has a diagnosis of male factor infertility, it's important to know what to do and it's all part of my #BallsMethod. I love that Stephanie wrote in to "Ask the Egg Whisperer" to see if there was anything else she should consider. Here's what she says, "My husband has male factor infertility, everything seems fine on my end. We did IUI for the first time this month and it failed, I was on letrozole 2.5mg 2x/day CD3-CD7. They didn't measure my follicles or check my progesterone because they said I have a normal period and show no issues ovulating. Should I ask to have these checked for the next IUI round even though they say things are normal on my end? Last blood work and HSG was done was over a year ago."
