If you have been following along with me on Instagram, you know that this year I discovered I had plantar fasciitis. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with this, plantar fasciitis is when the tissue connecting the heel bone and the toes becomes inflamed. This inflammation results in a lot of pain, most commonly in the bottom of the foot. In this episode, I share my own experience with plantar fasciitis, from my surgery to what products have been helpful.
