Due to the awful events unfolding this week we will not be releasing two episodes per our current schedule. However, so many of you have been reaching out asking me about social media and etiquette and what to post and when during these times.
I wanted to take this week to address it and hopefully provide you some insight and important points to think about.
The #1 comment I'm hearing from consumers is how insensitive brands and creators are being going on with life, posting their OOTD and Fit Checks as if nothing has happened. When the climate around us shifts---whether socially or even figuratively as it would if there was a natural disaster, it's important that your content aligns with the world around you so you don't feel far off or insensitive.
There isn’t a handbook or a blueprint for this. No one ever could have prepared to wake up to some of the horrific news we’ve woken up to over the last four days, and with that comes the fact that no one can prepare you for what to do on social media. I will caveat this by saying this is not a normal episode as I recorded it on the fly, but I wanted to share this with you as I felt the content was important to so many of you as business owners. I also wanted to answer all of your questions.
If you have anything further you want to ask, please reach out over dm.
As noted in the episode, here are the accounts I mentioned:

http://www.instagram.com/jogrange for creator information
