Julie McCoy began in the television industry (on the crew side) and worked in LA for many years, and began investing in short-term rentals as a side hustle, with Avery Carl as her agent. One thing led to another and now she’s one of the original members of Avery Carl's team The Short-Term Shop and owns a portfolio of seven STRs in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
