Brain Science 101
Do not be conformed to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2
Our thoughts affect our emotions > our emotions affect our physiological response > our physiological response is what ultimately drives our behavior and, therefore, our performance.
How you manage your thoughts is what ultimately drives your performance.

Mindsets determine how we show up for life, moment by moment. Thoughts are mental reps for your brain.
A mindset is a patterned way of thinking: thoughts that we have repeated so often that they are woven into our very brain matter. (affirmations) (i am/we are)
Negative mindsets do exist.
Neuroplasticity – new pathways, neural connections can be made until the day we die. Championship mindsets can be learned and can be built.
It’s time to hit the Reset button. Our Factory Setting was on Happiness.
Then we begin to be buried on the rocks of illusions, fears, job issues, and false beliefs just to name a few.
It is time to remove the rocks and reset our setting to Happiness.
Happiness is when your perception of your events are equal to or greater than your expectations.
Things To Remember:
You are the Boss, you get to choose your thoughts.
Spell passionate backwards to change your thoughts, lol.
Your brain produces thoughts to serve you, it they do not kick them to the curb.
The brain can only focus on 1 thought at a time, remember the spelling of the sentence backwards and counting smiley faces. Can't do it.
Everything can be seen as both good or bad. Remember the example of myself getting fired but years later it was a great blessing. The cup can always be half full.
