In today’s episode, Libby talks with Katharina Kuehtreiber. She has been a dietitian since 2013. She works with food freedom, body acceptance, women's health (hormones, cycle, menopause). Katharina has been self-employed since January 1st of 2020. She’s based in Austria, Europe, a mental/mindset-trainer, world-traveler, and she’s volunteered in Nepal & Dominica building schools after natural disasters. She is also a passionate runner!
