Last week Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that vaccinations against COVID-19 will become mandatory for Aged Care workers, but few details were released about the new policy.

That has many people wondering if it's even legal for the Government to compel anyone to be vaccinated against their will, or to make them lose their jobs if they are willing but cannot access a vaccine?
