Postpartum depression is common among women but can affect men too.
We have come a long way in science to understand the impact the arrival of a new baby has on the parent's mental health.
Although hormonal and physical changes can predispose pregnant mothers to mood swings that can lead to depression, supportive fathers are also at risk for it.
To dive into this subject, the acupuncturist and co-founder of the Council of Fathers, Noah Goldstein, will join us in this episode.
If you're struggling with men's postpartum depression, this episode may be helpful for you. Remember, you're not alone.
