I don't like to venture very deep into politics in these podcasts mainly because when all is said/done it's a waste of time. You already know that I believe that TIME is your most valuable asset. So use your time to build your wealth! Being wealthy brings all kinds of OPTIONS that poor people do NOT have! Find ways to use your internet connection to make money online! 

The focus of this podcast was DESIGNED to NOT be on me, but on YOU as a listener. 

My new E-book will be available for sale on Amazon by the end of January 2021! The topic of the book is  about eating healthy, exercising, and building wealth! Always consistently use your time to help increase your wealth. And with everything that you do, always consider the TIME INVESTMENT before you begin that activity. 

In this episode I give my thoughts (some of them are political) on what happened at the Capitol building in DC. My advice, don't spend too much of your precious time dwelling on that. Say what you feel you need to say, then move on and get to work building your wealth! 

Maybe we can all take a STEP AWAY from the scripted, purposeful indoctrination that media networks attempt to disguise as "news?" And then just DO YOUR OWN research and MAKE UP YOUR OWN mind.

Welcome to episode #69 of Not Me, But You! This is the FIRST episode of 2021. So Happy New Year to you!

This podcast continues to grow. I've watched it continue to be downloaded in new cities and new countries around the world! It's exciting to see the digital footprint grow. 

But this podcast is NOT about me. The focus of this podcast is on YOU, the listener. I believe that you already have inside of you everything that you need in order to reach your goals. 
If a goofball like me, can have this type of success with a simple podcast, then so can you! 

You can do anything that you make up your mind that you will succeed at. So having a dream and having something that you are passionate about is a fantastic start. But you need to have BOTH a dream AND a plan to achieve your dream! 

I talk about my high school English teacher, Mr Brown and the impact he had on my life in later years. Our teachers/mentors when they are unselfish guides can have lasting positive effects on us. 

Why do you want to become wealth? I can tell you why I believe wealth will change your life forever. And then once you are wealthy, how many OTHER lives can you touch in a positive way, because of your wealth? 

Time is our most valuable asset. And time, focus, and energy are involved in achieving any goal. Be mindful that you are using time wisely and efficiently each day! We can only spend time once! And it's the one asset that we all have the same amount of. 

Check out Robert Brault. He has great quotes easily found on the Internet. He said, "We are kept from our goal, not by obstacles, but by a clear path to a lesser goal." 

How is diet and exercise connected to your journey toward wealth? Good question. Most wealthy people do not neglect their diet/health. I believe it's important for all of us to be healthy/remain healthy so that we can enjoy building wealth and simply being wealthy. 

Meal prepping can ensure that we get healthier meals and it will also help us to save money and ultimately build wealth. My new E-book will be available later this month and the topic of the book is about being healthy and building wealth. 

I provide a real life example of one of the most curious and absurd responses I've heard from someone who claimed that they wanted to increase their income, but saw problems everywhere with taking action! What we can learn from this example is that SOME of our thoughts are crazy and invalid and NEED to be ignored! 

You can use the power of your internet connection to monetize your ideas and create your own "pension check" flowing to you every month! The key to accomplishing your dreams is to simply get started! We all need to stop focussing on being perfect. Get past that desire. Life is messy, and you can figure out solutions for problems that you encounter. So just get started. Simply begin!

Welcome to episode #68 of "Not Me, But You!" Do you enjoy the Christmas season? The particular holiday that you celebrate is not as important to me, as what you do with the holiday season. I LOVE Christmas time and each year I use it reflect upon the year that has passed and to look forward to the New Year. 

In this episode I talk about it sometimes being necessary to take what appears to be "drastic steps" in order to be successful. I talk about real life ideas for you to consider to help you save money each month. There are plenty of people who talk about "budget cutting." I believe having a budget is key but I focus more of my energy on increasing income rather than always looking to ONLY cut expenses. 

Your monthly budget is nothing more than a math equation. We simply need to get that math equation working in you favor each month. To put it simply, we all need to spend less money than the income that we have coming in each month. 

Wealthy people think differently when compared to the average person. I discuss how wealthy people think of their dollars AS their employees. The job of our dollars is to make us MORE dollars. So if you want to be in business but have never owned your own business, realize that it's your job to manage your dollars (employees) so that your money goes to work to make you more money. 

In general, I have compassion for the normal struggles that small business owners face. 2020 where we saw the lockdown of local economies has caused me to have even greater compassion for small business owners. Most small businesses can't survive months and months of a locked down economy. So if you lost your business in 2020 email me at [email protected] and I'll help to give you some ideas on how you can use the power of your internet connection to create a new business. 

Lastly, realize the extreme value of your time. We can only spend time once in this life. So guard your time and treat it as the precious commodity that it is. How much time do you spend each week/month in front of screens being entertained? I make a conscious effort to track my screen time. By tracking my screen time, I make sure that I dedicate time each day to working on achieving on goals.

Welcome to episode #67 of "Not Me, But You!" In this episode we talk about E-commerce and trying something different in 2021. Successful entrepreneurs don't let fear stop them from achieving success. Notice that I did NOT say that successful entrepreneurs are never afraid! But they don't allow their fear to paralyze them. 

Do something different and try something different if you are not living your dreams. Start a podcast, a Youtube channel, a website ,sell items online etc. Get past any stigma in mind against the words "sell" and "selling." Most successful people in life, SELL things! 

And realize that most people have a constant connection to internet via their cell phones. So people are shopping online more and more. And online customers are willing to pay for both speed and convenience. Realize this reality of the current online marketplace. And then utilize this realization to help make more money for yourself/family! Think about your process as a consumer. Do you ever respond to an email and then click on a link and then sometimes end up buying things you wouldn't ordinarily have shopped for? 

Now ask yourself how you can insert yourself into that same process and offer people something! You will start to see opportunities to monetize your ideas and make money using your internet connection. 

What will you have to give up in order to achieve your dreams? Good question. Possibly "screen time" where you watch passively and are entertained will need to be reduced. Why? Because your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it. Track how many hours you spend watching "screens" for entertainment each week/month. The number of available hours might shock you! 

Did you lose your business in 2020? If yes, then I have compassion for you. But if you're struggling with what to do next to make money, then why not try something different online? Why not begin in 2021 establishing/expanding your digital footprint?

Welcome to episode #66 of "Not Me, But You!" I hope that you have the opportunity during this week between Christmas and New Year's Day to both rejoice on your wins and to also reflect.  At this time of year, each year, I like to reflect on the past year and consider both my successes and my learning opportunities (AKA Failures!). But failure in business is often part of the pathway to ultimate success! 

Thank you for ALL of the listens, downloads, subscriptions, reviews, and shares. This podcast has now been downloaded in over 50 different countries and in over 300 different cities world wide! So thank you for that! 

I promise you that you already HAVE something of value to "bring to the table. " Believe in yourself. The first person you need to "Sell" on your dreams is yourself. And it takes courage to work on your dreams. It takes discipline and consistency. But it's absolutely worth it. And know that you DO have something of value to bring to the table, even before you get to the table! 

What are you doing each day/week/month to get closer to living your dreams? And while you are working on your dreams, of course, you also have to make sure that your monthly budget is right. Your monthly budget is nothing more than a math equation. We just need to make sure that the numbers in the equation work in your favor! 

There seems to be a lack of common sense in our day-to-day living. I would like to see people stand for something. Be brave and take a stand even if the position that you take is an uncomfortable one for you. If you are struggling, it means you are growing! Growth is a good thing for you and your business! 

I know it's popular lately to focus on what's happening in politics. But honestly, does focussing on politics make you any extra money? I understand FOLLOWING what happens in politics. But I don't allow focussing on politics to prevent me from making more money! So what I'm saying is that I LIMIT the amount of time I spend on political news. 

Use your internet connection to create something. If you share your "creations" with the world, then the universe finds ways to reward you! And give yourself permission to "be bad" at things when you first start. You don't need to be perfect or have the perfect plan BEFORE you begin. The MOST important thing is to SIMPLY BEGIN and then KEEP GOING! 

Here is the link to the YouTube video of a 10 year old boy who has made $50,000 on Ebay! His dad helps him create listings for products, but the boy finds the items to buy/sell! Amazing! The heart of an entrepreneur. If a 10 year old can do this, so can you!

Welcome to episode #65 of "Not Me, But You!" . Merry Christmas to everyone! It doesn't really matter to me what holiday you celebrate. This podcast episode is a celebration of the holiday season. 

I love to both rejoice and reflect at Christmas time. I reflect back on the year that is almost finished. And I also look forward to the new year which brings opportunities for new growth and new achievements. 

 I cover  two basic steps to follow in January in order to get you closer to both working on and ultimately living your dreams.

Have you ever noticed that going to a job that you don't like, DRAINS your energy/creativity? 

Yet when working on something which you feel passionate about, you often feel that you have plenty of energy/creativity! So, that is one reason why I encourage you to USE the power of your internet connection, and find ways to monetize your ideas. 

Working on your dreams takes COURAGE. And often we FEEL that we NEED to turn to a GURU in order to "get things right!"  But let me caution you about gurus. NOT all gurus are the same. Not all gurus TRULY want to help you succeed! Some are basic sales people whose main goal is to separate you from your money. 

What you really want to find, if you need online help, is someone who will be your MENTOR!
In this episode I detail what you should look for in a mentor and why you should avoid certain types of gurus! Some gurus refer to themselves as "marketers", "coaches", even "mentors" but I"m here to help you learn what you should EXPECT from an genuine mentor! 

What's the bottom line? The bottom line is that you can find all the information that you need  for FREE, to get started with creating/expanding your online digital footprint. And most importantly, believe in yourself first. Trust yourself first. Then carefully select a mentor if you feel you need one.

Welcome to episode #63 of Not Me, But You! Do you like "cheery" greetings? Or do we have a tendency to treat cheerful people with suspicion? There is a  difference between being obsessed with perfection versus simply trying to do a little better today when compared to yesterday. 

Thank you all of the people who support this podcast in Ireland! Currently, Not Me, But You! has just as many downloads in Europe as we have in the USA. So what am I saying? I guess I'm saying that there is International appeal! And I'm grateful for that. 

Are you feeling overwhelmed when you think about attempting to reach your goals/ live your dreams? If you feel this way, can I suggest something that may help you? Think about your dreams briefly, then just pick one thing today, and work on it. 

It appears to be "human nature" for us to search for ways to be UN-successful. How do you combat this "self sabotage?" Know that it takes courage to pursue your dreams. Then tackle your dreams in bite-size chunks. Pick just one thing today, and then go do it! 

One attitude that you may be struggling with is that we live in society that is ADDICTED to INSTANT success! But when you are using the power of your internet connection, to find ways to monetize your ideas, you find this: building a business is a marathon rather than a sprint! Keep working consistently. And more importantly believe BEFORE you achieve. It's important that you keep believing that your future success is possible. 

No matter who choose to listen to...it could be Tony Robbins, or Joel Osteen, or Joseph Prince or "fill in the blank with your favorite person who inspires you" ...what do they all have in common ?? Answer: they tell you that IF you want to achieve your goals/spiritual significance that you must FIRST, believe BEFORE you achieve! 

If you want to be wealthy...believe before you achieve. If you want to treat people well...believe before you achieve. If you want to lose weight...believe before you achieve. If you want to make your body stronger...believe before you achieve. If you want to eat healthier...believe before you achieve. If you want to meet the perfect life partner...believe before you achieve. If you want to find a best friend...believe before you achieve.

Welcome to episode #62 of "Not Me, But You!"  Hmmm...what is a "gumby pause?!" Good question. First you need to have some idea of who "Gumby" is! If you don't, then please use your favorite search engine to discover who is Gumby! 

Secondly, what is a "pause" and what does it refer to? Again, very good questions! I took a "pause" from podcasting. But it was a necessary pause. I was working on something else that required most of my attention. I had to get this project "up and running" before I could turn away from it and begin podcasting again. 

Often the reason for pauses is simple. You may NOT like pausing, but sometimes it's necessary. So do you want to start your own podcast? Welcome to episode #61. Wow! This episode has been a long time coming. I'm glad to finally put the finishing touches upon it and get it uploaded here. 

I have taken a pause over the past two months. That pause occurred for basically two reasons: I was recovering from knee surgery and my family and I started a new income stream. We are working very hard on this new venture. But that is normal. That is to be expected. Why? 

In past podcast episodes I have used this example about starting a new online business. Remember the description of trying to get a a jet airplane ONE inch off the ground? That takes a  lot of power and energy. But once you are airborne, it's a lot easier to make course changes and to stay on course. But first, you have to launch. First you have to get off of the ground! 

I hope that you and those important to you in life, are well! And I thank you for your patience with me in taking this necessary pause. I am back in regular production mode now. And I will be uploading podcast episodes routinely again. 

In this episode I discuss a familiar topic. I describe how YOU moving in your thinking and in your own mind, from point A to point B, is crucially important and impacts your success level.
