Here we are, embarking on the journey of 'self-improvement' or perhaps 'healing', or maybe for you it's 'high performance'. However the path isn't a straight line and growth doesn't always feel like we're growing. With our eye-on-the-prize attitude and instant gratification culture it's mighty easy to feel stuck 1.3 seconds after unveiling a new level of self-awareness or unraveling a hidden trauma or personal challenge. Then what?
