Belinda Ruiz is a Family nurse practitioner specializing in functional medicine and postpartum moms for the past 5 years. She is also a mom of a 5 year old and 5 month old. During her time treating clients and speaking to countless women in the community, she uncovered a large deficit in the care for postpartum mothers. Belinda helps mothers navigate through postpartum, uncover nutrient deficiencies, and allow mothers to feel whole again. She is here to shift the narrative of only the baby matters after birth.
