If this week was a moving truck, you can’t shut the door. It is so full. But because I already have written down everything I've got to do, it doesn't feel quite as mental. 

Be kind. Don't be nice. Nice is polite and contained. Kindness is real and transformative.

Exhaustion is not a bad thing. There's good exhaustion and bad exhaustion. Good exhaustion is when you're pooped but chuffed—spent but proud. Bad exhaustion is when you're just fucking exhausted and haven't achieved anything.

I'm a really big fan of dressing well, of people turning up and honouring the people that are present. Stand up, dress up, show up.
