The need for changing other people in fact comes from a very personal perception that we have of ourselves. ‘Why do I want to make this person come right here where I am?’ That is why it’s so important to look at how we are operating and analyze our own actions and behaviors before even trying to dictate how people around us should operate, and what actions and behaviors they should have.

In this episode of Next Level Human podcast, Dr. Jade talks about the importance of learning from the other person who has the different opinion/thought, instead of trying to change them. Someone who has a different opinion than ours shouldn’t be seen as threatening, but as inspiring. We should always seek opportunities to learn from different visions.
