As we enter the final weeks of 2021, we will be celebrating the success of some of our best-performing Land Profit Coaching students this year.

In this episode of the Forever Cash Podcast, we highlight the accomplishments of Beth and Bob Probst, recently inducted into the Land Profit Generator Hall of Fame. The Probsts are familiar with what it takes to succeed. Beth has worked her whole professional career in the financial sector, while Bob pursued his career as a lawyer. However, both Beth and Bob understand what it means to be living in a comfortable misery. Beth has spent years serving her bosses in the banking environment while Bob toiled for years as a lawyer.

"We were spending way too much time away from our family and not making a difference in the world. We had become comfortably miserable and were no longer the masters of our own destinies. Friday evenings became the high point of the week when we could spend time with our children only to begin feeling anxious on Sunday morning thinking about the stress the week ahead would bring."

In 2018, the couple decided to make a drastic change and, inspired by HGTV, tried their hand at house flipping. "We invested a SHIT-TON of money and time into "courses" that provided no value. We quickly learned that we knew NOTHING about home repair or design. We also realized that house flipping was hard work and difficult with our day careers. How did we ever think we could be real estate investors?" Fortunately, in January 2019, Beth and Bob happened upon a podcast where JackBosch spoke about investing in real estate without all the hassle, cost, and time needed to flip houses.

"We enrolled in the Land Profit Generator Coaching program, and over time our mindset changed. Instead of 'we can't do this' – we think 'we CAN do this!' When we don't know what to do, we invested in coaching (2 times in fact), outsourced work, and changed our lives – one deal at a time." Bob and Beth Probst have made $283k flipping land over the past three years. In 2021, they have achieved 470% year-on-year growth and look forward to growing further in 2022!
