Why are we constantly trying to improve upon multiple items in our business all at once...
As fitness professionals, we know that if someone came to you and said
"I want to run a 6 min mile, deadlift 500# and be able to do the splits..."
We would in turn tell them
"Awesome. Which one do you want to have first?"
And then we'd progress on that skill primarily, while building auxiliary steps towards the others.
Why is not like that in business???
