Air Mobility Command, or AMC, is the United States Air Force's logistical and tactical backbone. AMC's mission is to provide the nation's warfighting forces the ability and capability to be anywhere in the world on a moment's notice.

General Mike Minihan, a C-130 pilot by trade, sits down with Peaches to talks about the most important things he focuses on from his perspective as the Commander. Gen Minihan shows he cares about the Airmen under his command, from his dedication to mental health and his Warrior Heart project to the future fight.

Meet Lt. Col Brian Slade, a former enlisted Army diesel mechanic who later found himself flying Apaches in Afghanistan as part of the global war on terror. He eventually transferred over to the Air Force, becoming an HH60 Rescue Pilot. Throughout his journey, he learned how to cope with trauma and prioritize his mental health by preparing for stressors rather than just reacting to them. 

In honor of Men's mental health month, we had the privilege of sitting down with Lt. Col Slade to gain insight into his experiences and learn valuable tools for dealing with life's challenges. Our conversation with him was enlightening and informative.

After answering a calling to join the United States Marines in the heat of the Global War on Terror, Jeric Fry embarked on an unreal journey. From his deployments to the most active combat zones our generation have seen to his experience leading one of the most prestigious institutions in the military, his career was nothing short of exceptional. 

However, he found himself lost when he decided to step away from the military and reenter civilian life. Jeric realized that he had no direction, no sense of purpose and no calling. That's what led him to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. 

Through another equally remarkable set of circumstances, Jeric found himself with a new calling- to find a tribe for every single veteran. A way for them to be included, a place for them to find themselves again, and this was the beginning of the Veteran Bushido Brotherhood.
