Today on The Grow Show, Marty Grunder explains that quality is in the eye of the beholder. This means consulting with clients on what THEY expect as far as results. Whether you have seasoned pros or an inexperienced team, maintaining quality standards is done through training. Marty shares some of the best practices that Grunder has established to make their weekly training sessions effective and valuable.
