People tend to be confused by so much information about this topic but some aspects of nutrition need to be prioritized. First, we need to understand that nutrition works differently for each one of us. Our personality, lifestyle, stress levels, and routine can all influence our diet.

Dr. Jade highlights that in general terms we all need to be paying attention to the quality and quantity of food. It’s not good for our bodies to eat too much and it’s definitely not good to eat too little. Other factors such as type of food, macronutrients, frequency, and meal timing are important as well.
