Adam Heathcote is a formidable human and I was lucky enough to sit next to him on a flight many years ago & spark up a conversation about our mutual love of Tasmania. That let to us become great mates and numerous fascinating conversations about eclectic topics have ensued over the years.

Graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Law, Adam spent 17 years in the Food & Beverage sector including two years as Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Group and four years as Managing Director of The Pacific Restaurant Group which included icon establishments like Jamies Italian.

In 2017, Adam joined Queensland Investment Corporation and now explores sectors like healthcare, education, work spaces and co-living to understand the underlying business models to determine their suitability for QIC’s real estate platform.

Adam has an inquisitive mind and he and his wife Kasie are passionate about pursuing a more wholesome, sustainable way of living with their two children.
