Do you know what the Enneagram is? Did you take a test once and kinda know what your number is? My friend Callie Ammons, a certified Enneagram Coach and host of the Living Enneagram podcast is joining us today to help us better understand what the Enneagram is. How we can utilize this tool to help us discover who we are and why we think and respond in certain ways.
If you aren’t sure what I’m talking about, the Enneagram is a personality assessment of nine interconnected personality types.
If you don't know what your type is, no worries, we’ll talk about how you can figure that out at the end of the episode.
Casually knowing your Enneagram type is one thing, but when you actually dive in, you’ll find that it’s actually an extremely valuable tool to help us better understand ourselves.
Knowing my Enneagram type has been huge for me on my journey of self-discovery, it has opened a door to a deeper understanding of myself that I didn’t even know existed. It’s like I now have a guide to help me understand my brain, emotions, reactions, tendencies and so much more.
I asked Callie to come share her knowledge with us today because I truly believe that by utilizing this knowledge, we can consciously work towards being the healthiest version of ourselves and also be able to recognize our unhealthy tendencies.

Overcoming Together is a podcast that serves as a platform to dive deeper and have real, honest conversations about mental health. Covering a range of topics from pregnancy, parenthood, stress, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and/or postpartum anxiety, loss, and more. My goal is to help provide support with practical tips, tools, and advice. To motivate and inspire anyone who is struggling and feels alone.
Mental health matters, you matter. You’re not alone. I hope that by speaking more openly about mental illness we can work towards changing the stigma around mental health. Bringing awareness and advocating for change. We can overcome, together.
I'm going on a journey of self-discovery. I hope you'll join me.
