I am a Judgey Mc Judge. I used to think it was wrong and bad to judge others and have thoughts in my head like, "why are they wearing that? Why is she with him? Why do you talk that way? OMG can you chew any louder?"
Over time I have come to accept and normalise judgement. I was done with pretending I don't judge, when I do! I got sick of the shame I felt and wondered if trying to rid judging was the best path, or if it's something to accept as being human.
When it comes to judging others, I believe what matters is what we do, what we say or don't say, or how we act after the judgey thoughts have entered our minds. Have a listen to today's episode and lemme know what your take on this.
