In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast I have my second guest from the MLS in Dan Guzman from the LA Galaxy. Dan has a really interesting story with his work with the Galaxy academy, the Galaxy 2 and the Galaxy first team. With Steven Gerrard, Ashley Cole and Robbie Keane there is a real English/Irish influence in LA so it was great to hear about how them guys are settling in to the American culture.

In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast I am speaking to GWS Giants' strength and power coach, Lachlan Wilmot. Lachlan and I have been talking over the last couple of weeks and ever since the video of him holding the ankles of one of his players doing a Nordic hamstring curl on the NordBord. I joked that he is the most famous guest on the podcast but joking aside, it got a RIDICULOUS amount of coverage. Hope you enjoy the episode.

In episode 71 of the Pacey Performance Podcast I am speaking to lecturer in sports science at James Cook University in Queensland, Carl Woods. Carl has published in the areas of talent identification, skill acquisition and motor learning. Carl was recommended to me by Ian McKeown and when Mackers speaks, I listen. In episode 70 of the Pacey Performance Podcast I speak with senior strength and conditioning coach at the English Institute of Sport, Ben Rosenblatt. Ben currently works with England hockey and late last year I attended a workshop hosted by Jonas Dodoo (appeared on the podcast in episode 55) which Ben also spoke at. I was blown away not only by Ben's southern accent but the practical session he delivered on the constraints led approach in developing agility. Ben wrote also wrote an incredible chapter in High Performance Training for Sports which was co-edited by David Joyce and Dan Lewindon.
