In Episode 81 of The Road To Wisdom Podcast we speak to the beautiful Alison Ramsay. Alison (FMCHC, NBHWC), is a Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. Her passion for health and self-development began in her teens and has continued voraciously for over 25 years. After university exploring human biology alongside her fine arts degree, she mentored with Tera Warner of Body Enlightenment: The World’s Healthiest Body and Lifestyle System, where she built online programs with some of her health heroes, hosted summits, workshops and retreats, as well as coached hundreds of brave women in becoming healthier, shinier and more empowered versions of themselves. Alison then went on to study with global health experts at the prestigious Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Through her cutting edge seminars and coaching, she guides people back to themselves by clearing up the toxicity and confusion in health and sharing the current science for vibrant living through lifestyle.

 

We truly touched on so many topics that we could talk about for days, hence an almost 2 hour conversation which we have broken up into two episodes.
