My guest this month is Paul Kolody, the strength and conditioning coach at Hunterdon Central Regional High School located in New Jersey. Coach Kolody is the 2025 NHSSCA National Coach of the Year award winner. He has previously won the regional coach of the year award in 2020. Coach Kolody will be recognzied and presented his award Friday night of Natcon in Memphis on June 27th. We dive into his background and he went from working major league baseball to ending up at HCRH. We then get into the Xs and Os of how he programs for his athletes.
