Something is in the air this week and I feel like I have to share this advice with you all - pay attention to how certain individuals or friend groups affect your energy. I encourage you to get in-tune with your energetic side and really assess how you FEEL after you hang out with certain people. I also will give you some more advice on friendships and my attitude towards new friendships now!
