This was not my intended topic today but after spending just 24 hours alone in my house which I haven't done in over 3 years for more than a few hours I needed to share insights into what I learned.

My hubby and son & dogs went with my in-laws to a cabin they rent every 4th of July. This was the first year I didn't go as most of my clients were in town and I'm working on the Holistic Fitness Almanac for 2020 so have not had this long of time to set aside for work hours. My son is 3.5 years old doesn't go to daycare or have a nanny. So my time to work on side projects to my business is slim. I needed to take advantage of this time.
