This case report is from an Out of Town patient we saw at PelvicSanity. She presented with a grade 2 cystocele and grade 2-3 rectocele and was having incredible difficulty with constipation, incomplete emptying and other bowel issues.
She came for a week of evaluation and treatment at PelvicSanity and what we found was really surprising.
We talk through her whole case and the three biggest takeaways from her presentation:
- Make sure you're doing a rectal assessment
- See if your patient matches your expectations or if it's a surprising presentation
- Be more direct in your communication
Hope you enjoy the 'sode! Let us know if you have any clinical questions you'd like us to cover on the podcast.
