Christian set Valor up in 2016, with investment partners Jeffrey Kelter and Robert Savage, with the idea of creating a pan European Real Estate investment and Asset Management partnership focused exclusively on the logistics sector. Nigel set Fusion Residential up in 2006 with business partner Warren Rosenberg, where they sourced land and build remarkable homes. In 2012 they formed Fusion Students where you guess it they focus on developing and managing UK student accommodation in the UK.

They have developed over 5000 PBSA beds, with a pipeline of over 9000 beds underway, and this is where Nigel now devotes most of his time.
