So... you want to make some changes in your life.
Naturally, you start to research and learn as much as you can—but then you get overwhelmed with all the information. You start to make a plan, but it just isn't quite perfect. So you plan and research and plan and research but you never actually ACT.
Maybe you start the plan, but then you look in the mirror and get frustrated or you don't execute the plan as perfectly as you want, and then boom—you just revert back to your old ways and say mean things to yourself.
Today, I tell you a bit about my upbringing (it was pretty tough) and how I got through these things as well as explain things about perfectionism, how it's holding you back, and what to do about it.
I also talk about body positivity and neutrality and how you can use both to help you keep working towards your goals.
