Now Russian losses are calculated at between 10-15k dead soldiers.

    The Senate confirmation for Biden's Supreme Court pick, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, has commenced. Justice Clarence Thomas was hospitalized over the weekend for a non-COVID flu-like infection. While he's not in court for Supreme Court oral arguments, he will "participate in consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts of oral argument." The party planning for America's 250th birthday is already a mess, with allegations of "featherbedding, favoritism and misappropriation of taxpayer funds." Plus, the ideas so far are terrible. A man's plan to propose outside of Disney's California Adventure was busted when he was stopped and escorted off the property by staff. Some think it's because his balloons were considered a prohibited item. No word on if he got a yes.

    As fallout from a massive fight at Fresno High continues, a 16-year-old has started a student led organization called "United Safety Protect" to create communication and accountability with administration. David Beckham, a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador since 2005, gave control of his 71.6m Instagram followers to a neonatal doctor in Ukraine's second largest city so that she may share firsthand experiences of her and her staff trying to save babies during the Russian invasion. Beckham has also started a fund to help with UNICEF humanitarian efforts. In the race for Kings Co. District Attorney, a former prosecutor has added her name to the ballot for June 7th. Sarah Hacker has the support of the county's three term Sheriff.

    Following an investigation in a deadly DUI crash that killed a 15-year-old, ABC has suspended the liquor license of University Deli/Liquor and arrested the 37-year-old responsible for selling alcohol to a minor involved in the crash last year. Crunching the numbers of the US Census from 2016-2020, the median household increased by $6k, poverty was down and diversity within the population increased. Despite the ongoing invasion on Ukraine, several large corporations continue to operate in Russia. A Yale University management professor has identified 27 companies that are "defying demands to exit or reduce activities in Russia," including Abbott, Pfizer, Bayer, Hyatt, Marriott, Amway, Citigroup and General Mills. As Putin gets more paranoid, he's replaced as many as 1000 employees, using some as food tasters as he fears someone will try to assassinate him with poison.

Davante Adams is headed to Las Vegas. The driver in a deadly crash in Texas was just 13 when he crossed the center lined and hit a van full carrying a college golf team. Nine are dead, including the driver and his father who was in the passenger seat. The Fresno Co. zoo sales tax will head back to the ballot for the third time to continue support of the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Speaking of the zoo, tonight is Roar & Pour- a beer and food truck event tonight at the zoo.
