He warned he had weapons and a bulletproof vest. Turns out that the caller was a fake. After a fight at Fresno High School ended with 6 students in trouble and a father/son combo allegedly in handcuffs, the parents of involved students claim they'd notified the school of chronic bullying and potential violence as recent as a few hours before the altercation.
