• buti yoga weird practices
• magical people understand the power of focus and connection - unified will, ritual, meditation, with body parts
• But what about with time?

I feel like I’ve gotten to a certain mastery with money

• I’m generating as much as I want for now in my business
• Stabilization 
• Instead of where I’ve been in the past of my main mental focus was really striving for the next revenue goal
• A couple clients plus the mastermind
• I have a few other offerings in mind that I’m in no rush to put but I feel in my bones the inevitability of their success… because I’m tuned into how deeply they’re needed right now.
• I do have next level revenue goals for the next couple years but feels easy and inevitable and playful and I’m also not attached
• The power of sufficiency and being happy where I’m at

Money is an infinite resource

• they literally print more of it
• The more valuable resource is TIME
• So this is my next magical focus... TIME

I already have a certain level of mastery with time

• I’ve been told I do the work of 4 people in half the time - seriously, read it on our testimonials page.
• Which can actually lead me to be LAZY and indulgent with time.
• Because I’m so fast and powerful with it I don’t have to constrain
• Kind of like moms being Uber efficient with the work they do because their time is so constrained by kids nap time and whatever - they cut the fat
• Yoga example where I’m so flexible I can cheat and not build strength
• Also lazy in Eddy being really busy lately so if I work a really long day no one is coming home asking when I’m going to be done - no external check

It’s also my team’s time!!

• I have people to delegate to… I don’t want to waste their time either or be lazy with their time too
• More planning & commitment, Not being messy in planning

Pomodoro technique - vigilant with timer

Airplane mode phone

Not scheduling checking notifications until very specific times of day

Deciding ahead of time how long something will take

No drama allowed - this has to be done in X amount of time so no I can’t diddle saddle researching quotes for 20 minutes or staring at the thesaurus

A check I’m adding for myself is body care.

• adding things to my schedule for myself - actually going to the gym 3x/week, massages, girls roller blading crew that I’m trying to infiltrate (they’ve already invited me)
• Making those non negotiable

Scheduling off hours - so not sexy. My whole plan is so Virgo haha.

So this is really a part 1 of a journey I’m going on myself...

My goals are to cut my time on the computer to 30 hours per week

• creation time off the computer to make it juicier

I was talking to a client about this (olga) and she brought another dimension - time moving through you. Embodying time. So Libra.

As business owners & entrepreneurs, there’s no cap on how much money we can make, and there’s no cap on how much we have to work in our business

• 40 hours came about from Henry Ford
• I’m from Michigan which was the hub of the auto industry so I straight up learned this shit in high school and elementary school

Quantum leaping - bringing the dream future to the now

• owning a home

I was going to wait to talk about this until I had a much deeper somatic experience with this, but I kind of wanted to invite you in on this journey with me!
