Jaren Soloff is a Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) sHer private practice, FULL CRCL provides nutrition counseling and lactation consultations to support adolescent girls and adult women in finding a better relationship with food and body image and in turn supports families in raising competent, intuitive eaters. Informed by her own recovery journey and the hundreds of women she has counseled, Jaren’s experience comes full circle to support women in navigating all of the different seasons of life that impact food and body.

 

Jaren's desire to become an eating disorder specialist because was born out of her own recovery experience. After suffering with an eating disorder for many years, her young adult journey was dedicated to learning everything she could about nutrition and counseling for those struggling. She feels proud that she not only has the skills to support individuals but she has real, lived experience to integrate into her nutrition counseling as well.

 

Jaren lives in San Diego, California (US), and she sees clients virtually all over the country!
