74. In todays episode, we're discussing the two types of people I see over the Christmas/Holiday Season.

The 1st - people who disapear from their business, use the holidays as an excuse to not do any work, and don't prepare knowing they are about to become busier then usual.

The 2nd - people who are aware life is going to get busier, and PREPARE for it. They treat their business like a business.

Not only do we discuss this, but I also share with you 4 things that I'll be doing to prepare for any time off that I take, and exactly what we're encouraging our clients to do.

Remember - you're a BUSINESS OWNER, and using the holidays/any other times where life is extra busy as your excuse to go M.I.A will explain a lack of growth you may be experiencing.
