Profit First for Real Estate Investors with David Richter

Today our main theme is to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the real estate industry.

In today's epsiode we discuss the power of focusing on your ONE thing. The reality is opportunity is EVERYWHERE but the only way to truly gain success, is by deciding on ONE choice.

Profit First has radically changed close to 350,000 business owners. This isn't just a way to handle finances, this is a movement!

In today's interview we get to interview the founder of Profit First, Mike Michalowicz.

We discuss how impactful this system is and how beneficial it can be for real estate investors.

In today's episode, I interview my Dad, Pete Richter.

Dad shares his background and how he got his start as a real estate investor as well as some key insights that you won't get anywhere else.

There are some major pieces of wisdom in this interview so you don't want to miss it!

Welcome to the show!

This is our first episode where I, David Richter, and my co-host for this episode, Jaren Barnes, discuss the foundation of this podcast and what's to come.

At the end of the day there are two sides to the coin of financial freedom - learning the skills needed to DO a service (in our case investing in real estate) AND the skills needed to MANAGE MONEY.

Many real estate investors know how to make money, but they don't know how to keep it.

It feels like a hole is in your pocket and no matter how many deals you do... profit just keeps disappearing.

We feel you! We get it... and there is a solution.

No more frankenstein business monsters - in our show we teach you exactly what's needed to gain financial clarity AND profitability from day one.

Hope you enjoy!
